नेकपा प्रचण्ड–नेपाल पक्षका बरिष्ठ नेता झलनाथ खनालले संविधान बिघटन गर्ने अधिकार प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई नदिएको भन्दै संसद पुनस्र्थापना हुने दावी गर्नुभएको छ ।आइतबार प्रचण्ड–नेपाल पक्षले प्रतिनिधिसभा विघटनको विरोधमा माइतीघर मण्डलामा गरेको धर्ना कार्यक्रमपछि सञ्चारकर्मीसँग कुरा गर्दै खनालले शत प्रतिशत अदालतले संसद पुनस्र्थापनाको आदेश दिने समेत बताउनुभयो ।
उहाले मुलुकको परिवर्तनको रक्षाका लागी संसद्को पुर्नस्थापना गर्नुपर्ने जिकिर गर्नुभयो । उहाले प्रधानमन्त्री ओली पूर्ण रुपमा फेल भइसकेको र ओलीको दिनगन्ती सुरु भइसकेको तर्क गर्नुभयो ।खनालले वर्तमान सरकारलाई जनताले नै हटाउने भन्दै संघर्षका कार्यक्रम जारी रहने बताउनुभयो ।
